Internal Expertise
Artisan has a full-time trainer, Anita Neal, who conducts concentrated classes for all our managers and technicians using the Productivity Training Corporation (PTC) training system, which is the most comprehensive in our industry. PTC training consistently teaches correct terminology, anatomy, tooth designations, techniques for waxing up a crown and everything else related to dental lab work. Providing consistent training for our technicians results in high-quality craftsmanship and better communication among technicians, other staff and customers.
