Quality Assurance Program
We have a Quality Control Director who oversees our rigid quality assurance control system and is responsible for our final product. Artisan department managers make sure every case that leaves their department is worthy of the company’s lifetime guarantee.
We check all cases when they arrive in our laboratory to ensure that we have all the necessary information. Technicians follow each case through various stages of production, checking for critical elements at each phase; if a case does not meet our standards, it will not leave our laboratory. We ship each case with its lifetime guarantee only after it meets all Artisan standards. |
