 was founded on the principles that a laboratory can be successful by building relationships through education, excelling in customer service and by providing a consistent product with every case. Our staff is committed to these goals and continually grades itself through customer feedback and the willingness to make changes in our systems.
We train our technicians with the Productivity Training Corporation training system, which is the most comprehensive in our industry. It provides a vocabulary and technical benchmark for every technician, which leads to better communication within our staff as well as with our customers.
Our relationship with TEREC provides us with a group of successful laboratory owners to share information with on an ongoing basis as well as the opportunity to test new products before they are available to other laboratories.
We have a Quality Control Director who oversees our very rigid quality control system and is responsible for our final product. All cases are checked when they arrive in our laboratory to insure that all the needed information is there and again at various stages of production. If it does not meet our standards, it will not leave our laboratory.
We are looking forward to the future with the many new and potential time and labor saving processes that are becoming available. Our goal is to work with our customers to utilize the products and techniques that provide the most value to their patients. Artisan will continue to be a vibrant organization by following our guiding principles.
