The most important people to Artisan Dental Laboratory are not our company leaders or our highly skilled technicians. At Artisan, the most important people are our customers—dentists, their office staffs and patients. Our number one goal is excellent customer service, and we strive to have customers for life.

We're not a one-size-fits-all organization, so we work with our customers to meet their patients' specialized needs. If a patient needs cost-effective alternatives, Artisan discusses all the different options with that individual's dentist. The dentist can send in the impression and we'll pour it up. Our experts then look at the model and phone the dentist to discuss what are the patient's best alternatives. If dentists would like to, they can come in and talk with one of our technicians directly about any case.
